Is there a penalty for canceling a rental once it has been reserved?
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing.   Should you decide to cancel your stay after we have received your reservation payment, the following refund schedule applies:

Cancellation 2 months or more in advance will result in a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellation less than 2 months in advance will result in a half refund of  the full rental amount minus a $100 cancellation fee IF THE PROPERTY IS RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE  TIME YOU RESERVED IT.

What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?
Check in is at 4 pm on Sunday. Check out is at 11 am on the Sunday you are scheduled to leave. An early check-in may be possible by checking with Bonnie regarding if cleaning, garbage removal, etc. has been completed.

How do I pay for my rental?
Payment can be made by personal check or by PayPal (PayPal fee applies).

Good Things To Know

Our wild neighbors, black bear and grizzly bear, do live around the lake. While sightings are exciting, care needs to be taken to ensure all food is put away each night to not attract the wildlife to the cabin’s doorsteps. All outside trash must be put in the large trash can on the deck with the lid tightly sealed. Also, for their own safety, pets should not be allowed to wander outside alone at nighttime.
