Cabin

Diamond Belle Cabin has a bright and open 1,200 sq. ft. of space, including 2 large decks, with parking for 4 vehicles and/or boat trailers 100 ft. above cabin. The dock is 55×10 ft. and can accommodate a 40 ft. boat on one side and jet skis or a small fishing boat on the other. We offer free local phone calls. There are also 40 acres of quiet, private woods just behind the cabin to explore (no shooting or wood cutting. Motor bikes & ATV’s allowed). From the parking area to the cabin, there is a ramp with stairs on either end to access the deck. From the deck, there are stairs leading down to the beach.

2 heat sources heat the cabin, a wood burning stove and electric wall units. We have an 80 gallon hot water heater so you will never run out of hot water, and a new propane BBQ on the main deck for grilling outdoors.

Kitchen

The full-sized kitchen offers a Refrigerator, 4 burner stove and full sized oven, dishwasher, microwave, place settings for 15+ people, kids’ dishes, a high chair, Brita filtered pitcher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, waffle iron, large griddle, cake pans, cookie sheets, muffin tins, loaf pans, Pyrex casserole dishes, hand mixer, blender, chef knives, steak knives, roasting pan, crock pot, electric skillet, all commonly used cooking utensils and pots & pans, BBQ utensils, skewers for s’mores or hot dogs, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and most major spices, napkins, paper towels and dishwasher detergent all provided.

*The cabin water is pure, crystal clear lake water that will never run out!

Bed and Bath

The three bedrooms offer 3-Queen beds, with 2-twin beds in the loft, 1-Queen sofa sleeper, 1-twin sofa sleeper, Cots for children who want to sleep on the deck, and 1 Pack n’ Play Crib. Extra sets of bed and bathroom linen are available, along with extra blankets and pillows, liquid hand soap in all bathrooms, blow dryer, and toilet paper. An “in floor” radiant heater warms the main bathroom floor, and there is an alarm clock in each queen room, for when you want to wake up to witness the beautiful sunrises.

Main Level

On the main level is the Kitchen, a handcrafted wood dining table with seating for 8, a deck table with seating for 6, a game cabinet full of fun stuff for the kiddos, a large TV, a DVD and VHS player including an extensive VHS library, Washer & dryer, Iron & ironing board with laundry soap provided.

Beach

77X15 ft. of a large private beach will be all yours, with 6 sand chairs; 6 lounge chairs, a fire pit, and a briquet BBQ grill built into the wall, great for cooking hamburgers on the beach. Beach towels are provided.

POLICIES:

FEES: Rates do not include a 6% Idaho sales tax and a 2% tourism tax; $300 damage deposit; $500 pet damage deposit (if applicable); $100 pet fee (if applicable) $100 non-refundable cleaning inspection and garbage removal fee.

Reservations will not be confirmed without a signed rental agreement and when a deposit has been made.

CANCELLATION: If you have to cancel we will make every attempt to re-book your week. If we are able to re-book the week you will receive a refund on your payment minus a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given if we cannot re-book your reservation.

PETS: Priest Lake is an outdoor paradise for dogs– and humans, too! The fresh mountain air is invigorating and there are lots of outdoor activities for you and your canine companion. Of course, your puppy will be in the lake all the time, and there are an abundance of streams to frolic in, and meadows and mountain trails that go on forever.   Is this heaven? No, Toto, we’re at Priest  Lake!

As dog owners, we know how hard it can be to find a place to stay with your dog. We try hard to accommodate your desire  to bring your pet.  So that we may continue to offer pet-friendly lodging, please carefully follow the Pet Policies.

If you plan to bring your pet, you must notify us at the time of reservation. Please note that there is a $100 pet deposit to cover possible damage.

• Please read and follow any special instructions for pet owners posted in the cabin.

• Pets cannot be left unattended in the cabin. We are sure you can understand and we appreciate your cooperation.

• Our ability to continue offering pet-friendly lodging is dependent upon the goodwill of full-time residents in the neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by picking up after your dog.

• Please keep your dog under control. Don’t allow your dog to bother other guests or neighbors or get into mischief. Be sure your dog comes when called, or keep him leashed.
